Your purchase and use of our Products will be governed by the following terms and conditions:

Product Descriptions. We attempt to be as accurate as possible with Product descriptions and prices.  However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions or prices are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. A Product's true colour may not exactly match that shown on your device or in our marketing or its packaging may be slightly different. In the event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card has been charged.  If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit or debit card account in the amount of the charge.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Product Pricing. The price for Products available for purchase through the Website will be displayed to you on the Websites in US dollars. The prices displayed include all fees and taxes, except for applicable state taxes, customs taxes and fees, and shipping fees, which are displayed at checkout.

Order Acceptance. The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Grangers reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Prices and availability of Products on the Website are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy. We can't modify, change, or intercept a package to alter a delivery once an order has been placed. Nevertheless, if you see a mistake in your order, email us at hello@grangers.co.uk as soon as possible, and we will try our very best to accommodate your request.

Risk of Loss; Title to Products.  Risk of loss and title to Products purchased from us passes to you upon delivery of such Products (by us or our manufacturer) to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

Payment.              When you purchase Products through the Website, you shall pay all applicable fees in connection with your purchase. We use various third party payment processors (each, a “Third Party Payment Processor”) to process your payment. More details on our current Third Party Payment Processors are available to you on the applicable payment screen when you make the purchase. You warrant and represent that you are the valid owner or an authorized user of the credit card or payment account that you provide to such Third Party Payment Processor, and that all information you provide is accurate. If payment is not received from your credit card issuer or any other payment facility, you hereby agree to pay all amounts due upon demand.  You agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees and costs, on any outstanding balance.  All transactions on the Website will take place in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to change any of the fees that we charge including any Product pricing, or to institute new or additional fees, at any time upon notice to you.

Changes to Products. We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to make changes, modifications, or improvements to the design, specifications, materials, or features of any Product offered for sale. These changes may include, but are not limited to, updates for quality improvement, compliance with applicable laws or standards, or enhancements to performance. You acknowledge and agree that such modifications shall not constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Refunds and Returns. We handle all refunds and returns in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
